Mandatory notification of trade in Horisont Energi AS

Stebua AS has on 9 March 2023 purchased 10,500 shares in Horisont Energi AS, at
NOK 10.50 per share. 

After the transactions Stebua AS has a total holding of 11,000 shares in
Horisont Energi AS. 

Stebua AS is closely associated to chair of the board of Horisont Energi Rob
Stevens.
