CHANGE OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Reference is made to the announcement (the ''Announcement'') of Honworld Group Limited (the ''Company'') dated 11 September 2020 in relation to, amongst other things, the resignation of Mr. Wang as an executive Director. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to supplement that Mr. Wang remains as the head of the sales and marketing of the Group and he has resigned as an executive Director because he wishes to focus his time and effort in performing his duties as our head of sales and marketing.

Save as disclosed above, all other information disclosed in the Announcement remains unchanged.
