On April 19, 2023, Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on April 19, 2023. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2023, to shareholders of record as of May 1, 2023.
