Holiday Island Holdings, Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company is in the process of raising the capital to acquire the real estate holdings of the developer of Holiday Island, Arkansas. Post-acquisition, the Company will control the community's further development, marketing and reselling. In addition to the deployment of its own resources, post-acquisition the Company expects outside builders, developers, individual and institutional investors, food and beverage, and hospitality operators, and individual buyers to joint venture development and marketing projects. Holiday Island is a 4,000 acre resort/planned community with approximately 3,000 residents, a full complement of natural and developed recreational facilities, located on a 53,000-acre Table Rock Lake between two national forests in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas. As of June 30, 2016, the Company has not generated any revenue.
