Hokuyaku Takeyama Holdings,Inc. (SPSE:3055) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 700,000 shares, representing 3.02% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares), at ¥800 per share for ¥560 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy which responds to changes in the business environment. The plan is valid till June 30, 2021. As of May 31, 2021, the company had 23,168,117 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 1,231,883 shares in treasury.
