On December 11, 2020, HMG/Courtland Properties, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per share on the Company's Common Stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2020, payable on January 12, 2021.
