On December 13, 2019, HMG/Courtland Properties, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per share on the Company's Common Stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2019, payable on January 13, 2020.
