Haoze Chenxi No. 6 Private Securities Investment Fund managed by Haoze Zhiyuan (Beijing) Investment Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 5.02% stake in Hitevision Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002955) from Wang Jing, and Zhang Shujiang for approximately CNY 350 million on January 9, 2024. First payment of CNY 70 million, paid within 5 working days of receiving the share transfer confirmation; the second, CNY 100 million, due within 20 working days and the third, the remaining CNY 178.69 million, to be paid within 12 months after completing the share transfer. The transfer of this agreement still needs to be confirmed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., and there are still certain uncertainties.

The intelligent audiovisual solution business mainly includes the provision of video system integration solution design, project coordination management, software development, equipment installation and commissioning, user training and equipment maintenance businesses.
