Hinduja Global Solutions commemorated the grand opening of its new Jacksonville, Florida location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Jacksonville City Council President Aaron Bowman, HGS CEO Partha De Sarkar and HGS North America President Tim Schuh. The new facility, located at 6680 Southpoint Parkway, will serve multiple clients in a variety of industries as well as functioning as a center of excellence for customer experience in emergency roadside services. The company is seeking to fill more than 400 positions at the new location. In honor of the Jacksonville grand opening, HGS will donate $5,000 each to Wounded Warrior Project® Jacksonville and Ronald McDonald House Charities Jacksonville. Since September, when the new location was announced, HGS has filled more than 200 full-time positions for the new facility. Over time, the company expects to fill more than 400 full-time positions, drawing talent from area communities. Open positions are ideal for candidates who are solution-oriented, problem solvers and enjoy helping people within a customer service environment. Previous customer service experience and basic computer skills are considered an asset.
