RALEIGH, NC -- (Marketwire) -- 01/31/13 -- Highwoods Properties (NYSE: HIW) today announced that the record date for the Company's cash dividend of $0.425 per share of common stock for the quarter ended December 31, 2012 has been changed from February 18, 2013, which is a federal holiday, to February 19, 2013. The dividend payable date remains March 12, 2013.
