An unknown buyer acquired Two Point Roya in Alpharetta, GA from Highwoods Properties, Inc. (NYSE:HIW) subsequent to October 23, 2018. In a related transaction, an unknown buyer acquired Highwoods Preserve I from Highwoods Properties, Inc. The combined proceeds for both deals was $54.5 million.

The Company owns an interest in approximately 28.4 million rentable square feet of in-service properties, 1.6 million rentable square feet of office properties under development and development land with approximately 5.2 million rentable square feet of potential office build-out.
