Its portfolio of retail warehouse properties is located in Bicester, Crawley, Grantham and Wisbech. Its portfolio of leisure properties is located in Coventry, Ipswich and Rubery. Its portfolio of office properties is located in Oxford and Cardiff. Its portfolio of assets under development is located in St Austell.
