On September 5, 2013, Heron Lake BioEnergy, LLC finalized a Corn Oil Marketing Agreement with RPMG Inc. (RPMG) dated September 4, 2013. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will sell to RPMG, and RPMG will purchase and market, all of the corn oil produced by the Company at the Company's Heron Lake, Minnesota ethanol production plant. The Company will pay RPMG a commission based on each pound of corn oil sold by RPMG.
The Agreement will become effective as of September 16, 2013.
