Henderson International Income Trust plc Appoints Joanne Parfrey as Non-Executive Director, Chair of Audit Committee and Member of nominations and remuneration committee, Effective January 1, 2021

Henderson International Income Trust plc announced the appointment of Joanne Parfrey as a non-executive director with effect from January 1, 2021. Joanne will also be chair of the audit committee and will join, as a member, the nominations and remuneration committee, the management engagement committee and the insider committee. Joanne is currently a non-executive director of Octopus AIM VCT plc and a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of Babraham Bioscience Technologies Limited and Start Codon Ltd.
