Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (CSE:HB) signed a sales and purchase agreement to acquire CNP Cyprus Insurance holdings Ltd. from CNP Assurances SA for approximately ?180 million on July 9, 2024. The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory board / committee and subject to antitrust regulations. The transaction is expected to be completed by Q1, 2025.
