Anhui Hanxian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd announced that it has entered into agreement that it will receive CNY 17 million in an equity round of funding on September 29, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor Hefei Kewell Power System Co.,Ltd. Post to the closing, Hefei Dengheng Intelligent Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Hefei Dengtai Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership)will decrease its stake to 14.17% and new investor will hold 71.65% stake in the company.
Kewell Technology Co Ltd, formerly Hefei Kewell Power System Co Ltd, is a company engaged in research, development, production and sales of power supplies and systems. The Company's products are comprised of high-power test power supplies, test systems and low-power test power supplies. Its high-power test power supplies products include simulated grid power supplies, photovoltaic array IV simulators and battery simulators. The test systems products include photovoltaic array IV curve testers, photovoltaic grid-connected inverter test systems and fuel cell engine test systems. The low-power test power supplies products include KDC high precision programmable DC power supplies. The Company's products are used in new energy power generation, electric vehicles, fuel cells and power devices.
