The board of directors of Hebei Yichen Industrial Group Corporation Limited announced that Mr. Wang Qi (Mr. Wang) has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the nomination committee and a member of each of the audit committee and the corporate governance committee of the Board with effect from 13 April 2022 to devote more time to his other personal commitments.
