Harte-Hanks Inc. announced that Randy Ilas has been promoted to general manager for Harte-Hanks Market Intelligence. Ilas will oversee development of Harte-Hanks database and market intelligence products and delivery systems, including the company's flagship products, the Ci Technology Database(TM) (CiTDB) and CiPipeline(TM) Lead Generation Service. Prior to his promotion, Ilas served as Harte-Hanks' vice president of product development and marketing for eight years.
