Hanwha Chemical's 150,000 tonne/year toluene di-isocyanate (TDI) lines in Yeosu, South Korea will run at a reduced capacity for a brief period starting mid-July. Each of the three 50,000 tonne/year lines of the plant will take turns in shutting down from mid-July, for tank cleaning. Each line will be down for three days. The average run rate of the unit will be reduced from 100% to 67% for nine days. The Yeosu plant is scheduled for annual maintenance in October 2016.
