Hansol Logistics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009180) acquired Hansong International (Tianjin) Logistics Co. Ltd. from Hansol Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A004150) for KRW 6.4 billion on April 3, 2018. Payment will be made by April 5, 2018. In related transactions, Hansol Logistics Co., Ltd acquired Hansong International (Shanghai) Logistics Co. Ltd. and Hansol Logistics India Private Limited and 51% stake in Hansol Goldpoint, LLC from Hansol Holdings Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors of Hansol Holdings has resolved in favor of the deal.
