According to Article 172-1 of the Company Act, any shareholders holding
1% or more of the total number of Company's outstanding shares may submit
to the Company in writing a proposal for the annual shareholders' meeting.
The proposal submission period is from April 1, 2022 to April 11, 2022
5:00pm and the submission place shall be the Company's Shareholders
Service Office (Address: 8F, No.398, Xingshan Rd., Neihu Dist.,Taipei City).
According to Article 177-1 of the Company Act,shareholders may exercise
their voting power by way of electronic transmission in a shareholders'
meeting.
