Sunrise Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:300360) and ZJU Joint Innovation Investment signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire 33.33% stake in Shenzhen Pulsun Electronics Co., Ltd. from Hangzhou Zhengying Capital Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 5.8 million recently. Sunrise Technology Co., Ltd and ZJU Joint Innovation Investment intends to use its own funds for acquisition. On December 31, 2019, Shenzhen Pulsun Electronics reported total assets of CNY 16.5 million, net assets of CNY 10.6 million, operating income for CNY 27.5 million and net profit of CNY 0.9 million. The transaction was reviewed and approved at the eighth meeting of the fourth board of directors and the fifth meeting of the fourth board of supervisors held on August 4, 2020.
