UPDATE ON LITIGATION

This announcement is made by Hang Pin Living Technology Company Limited (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of The Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

References are made to the announcements of the Company dated 2 September 2020, 25 September 2020 and 8 February 2021 (the "Announcements") in relation to the litigation. Unless otherwise defined, terms defined in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

On 23 April 2021, the Company received two separate judgments for the Retrial Petitions from the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China (the "Judgments for Retrial Petitions"). Pursuant to the Judgments for Retrial Petitions, the court's review process had been completed, and the Retrial Petitions were dismissed.

Based on the information currently available, the Company currently assesses that the Litigation will not have material adverse affect on its operating results and financial condition, and will not affect the normal operation of the Company.

The Company will make further announcement(s) to inform the Shareholders and potential investors as to the development of the Litigation where necessary.
