Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 50,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Guangdong Guanghua Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002741) on December 18, 2019. Post closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 50,000,000 to CNY 100,000,000, and the investor will continue to hold 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor, and it does not require approval of its shareholders.
Guangdong Guanghua Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of printed circuit board (PCB) chemicals and chemical reagents. The Company's main products include PCB high purity chemicals, PCB compounding chemicals and analysis, special reagents and others. The Companyâs products are mainly applied in integrated circuit interconnection technology, analytical testing, teaching, research and development, emerging technology, medical and food industries. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, with South China and East China as its main markets.
