From October 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016, the company has repurchased 100,000 shares, representing 0.49% for $0.5 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 3,527,119 shares, representing 15.95% for $15.65 million under the buyback announced on August 21, 2013.
GSI Technology, Inc. is a provider of high-performance semiconductor memory solutions for in-place associative computing applications in markets, such as artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, including natural language processing and computer vision. Its associative processing unit (APU) products are focused on applications using similarity search.
