Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. ("MOL") informa che, in ottemperanza alla normativa applicabile, ha appena comunicato una partecipazione del 3% in Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("MSM"), un'entità quotata del Regno Unito che gestisce uno dei principali business di online price comparison in Europa.

L'investimento in MSM è stato finanziato con la cassa disponibile, che è cresciuta nel terzo trimestre del 2021 grazie alla vendita della partecipazione precedentemente detenuta da MOL in Cerved Group S.p.A..

Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. ("MOL") informs that, pursuant to applicable regulations, it has just disclosed a shareholding of 3% in Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("MSM"), a UK listed entity operating one of the leading online price comparison businesses in Europe.

The investment in MSM was funded with available cash, which increased in the third quarter of 2021 thanks to the sale of the participation previously held by MOL in Cerved Group S.p.A..

Marco Pescarmona, co-founder and chairman of MOL, declares: "We have always admired Moneysupermarket.com as a reference player in our sector. As a small but industrial shareholder we express our trust in the company and its management."
