Grupo Televisa Announces the Conclusion of the Redemption of its 6.0% Senior
Notes Due 2018
Mexico City, December 27, 2017 - Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. ("Televisa" or the "Company", NYSE: TV; BMV: TLEVISA CPO) announces that, in connection with the press release published on November 27, 2017, through which it announced that it had issued a redemption notice to redeem in full the Company's $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 6.0% Senior Notes due 2018 (the "Notes 2018") outstanding on December 26, 2017, the Notes 2018 redemption was concluded on December 26, 2017.
