The Company’s products portfolio includes textbooks for preschool, primary and secondary education; dictionaries; recreational books; magazines; catalogs and brochures, among others. In addition, the Company is involved in the graphic arts, the provision of educational services through electronic devices, as well as the rental of real estate. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned 11 fully consolidated subsidiaries, such as Fernandez Editores SA de CV, Imprentor SA de CV, Promobeat SA de CV and Celtic Publishing SA de CV, among others.
