Casino operator Groupe Partouche on Wednesday reported a 2.3% increase in sales for its first half-year, citing continued buoyant activity.

Sales for the six months to the end of April came to 220.6 million euros, compared with 215.6 million euros for the same period last year.

The group reports that the good momentum recorded in the first quarter (+2%) continued in the second, with sales. sales rose by 2.6% to 101.9 million euros.

In detail, gross gaming revenue (GGR) from casino activities rose by 2.7%, while hotel activities climbed by 14.2%.

The Group has not issued any forecasts for full-year sales.

The share price lost 0.5% on Wednesday morning following this publication, with a market capitalization of 192.5 million euros.

Since the beginning of the year, the share price has gained 3.6%.
