Group 1 Automotive, Inc. appointed Sullivan as director of governmental and public affairs. Sullivan serves on several boards for organizations around the Bayou City, including HCA Gulf Coast Division, The 100 Club of Houston, Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership and Camp Allen. Sullivan's spent the past 12 years as an elected official. However Marvin Marcell has been named as senior director of public affairs.
