GRILLiT, Inc. Appoints Ghazi Hajj as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Board of Directors

GRILLiT, Inc. announced that Mr. Ghazi Hajj was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer, and elected as the Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Hajj is a highly successful and experienced restaurateur who is well respected in the fast-casual dining sector. He has over 24 years of collective experience in leading well-known chain restaurants to high growth and profitability.

Since December 2010, he has been Head of Operations, Design & Distributions for Salad Creations Corporate. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations with Cerney Investment/Quiznos Corp. from 2009 to 2010.

From 2001 to 2008 he was Regional Operations Director and Vice President of Franchise Support for Quiznos Corporation, and spent almost 2 years prior to Quiznos as a Vice President and consultant for Chicken Kitchen USA.
