Greentech Technology International Limited Announces Resignation of Tan Kuang Hwee as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Ceases to be a Member of Each of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee

The board of Greentech Technology International Limited announced that Mr. Tan Kuang Hwee has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 1 December 2018 due to his own business commitments. Mr. Tan will also cease to be a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the company upon his resignation taking into effect.
