Green Ocean Corporation Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is principally involved in the manufacturing and trading of gloves as well as the distribution and trading of the food and beverages (F&B) business. The Company operates through three segments: Trading of gloves, Distribution and trading of Food & beverages, and General trading. The Gloves segment is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of gloves. The Food & beverages segment is engaged in trading all kinds of foods and beverages. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is involved in palm kernel crushing, refining of palm oil and palm kernel oil and trading of refined palm oil products. The Company's subsidiaries include ACE Edible Oil Industries Sdn. Bhd., Ace Pacific Sdn. Bhd., G Rubber Sdn. Bhd., and ACE Distributions Sdn. Bhd. Ace Edible Oil Industries Sdn. Bhd. is engaged in palm kernel crushing, crude palm kernel oil, palm kernel expeller and trading of a variety of palm oil products.
