Graphite Design, Inc. (JASDAQ:7847) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 600,000 shares at a price of ¥884 per share, for a total of ¥530.4 million. The company will make purchase orders through Off-Auction Own Share Repurchase Trading (ToSTNeT-3) on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy corresponding to changes in the business environment and to improve shareholder returns.
