GPS Alliance Holdings Limited Announces Re-Designation of Mr. David Laxton from Executive Director to Non Executive Director

GPS Alliance Holdings Limited announced that the Executive Director of the company, Mr. David Laxton, effective from closing of business 14 June 2018 become Non-Executive Director. Mr. Laxton has been a Director of the company since 8 August 2014 and was appointed as Executive Director on 4 January 2016. Although Mr. Laxton has decided to step back from the day-to-day operations of the business.
