GPI: CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS 2022

GPI S.p.A. (GPI:IM), a leading company in IT Solutions and Healthcare and Social Services, listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana, announces its financial calendar of 2022, pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Regulations of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.:

February 14, 2022 - Board of Directors Meeting

Preliminary data examination as at 31 December 2021

March 29, 2022 - Board of Directors Meeting

Approval of the draft of separated financial statements and of the consolidated financial statements and by December 31, 2021

April 29, 2022 - Annual general shareholders' meeting (single call)

Approval of the financial statements by 31 December 2021. Presentation of the consolidated financial statement.

July 14, 2022 - Board of Directors Meeting

Preliminary data examination as at 30 June 2022

September 30, 2022 - Board of Directors Meeting

Approval of the interim financial report by 30 June 2022

The market will be promptly notified of any amendment to the above calendar.
