On 2 December 2021 Inversiones Caraga, S.L.U. (which is wholly owned by the Company) formalised the sale of an office building located in Carretera de Espluges 225, 08940Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain. The mentioned salewas agreedfor an amount of approximately EUR 18.6 million.
