Godrej Properties Limited reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2024. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was INR 14,260.9 million compared to INR 16,462.7 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 19,148.2 million compared to INR 18,388.2 million a year ago. Net income was INR 4,712.6 million compared to INR 4,121.4 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 16.95 compared to INR 14.82 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 16.95 compared to INR 14.82 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was INR 30,356.2 million compared to INR 22,522.6 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 43,342.2 million compared to INR 30,390 million a year ago. Net income was INR 7,252.7 million compared to INR 5,713.9 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 26.09 compared to INR 20.55 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 26.08 compared to INR 20.55 a year ago.
