Atheer, Inc. signed an agreement to acquire OnTheGo Platforms, Inc. from Foundry Group's AngelList Syndicate, GMO CLOUD K.K. (TSE:3788), Social Leverage, LLC, SKVentures and Rogue Venture Partners on December 2, 2015. All of ONtheGO Platforms' employees will be joining the Atheer staff and will continue to operate from Portland.
