On June 27, 2007, the Exchange approved the application of GMA Network, Inc. ("GMA7") and GMA Holdings, Inc. ("GMAP") to list: (i) 91,346,000 GMA7 common shares, representing the primary underlying shares for Philippine Deposit Receipts ("PDR"); (ii) 822,115,000 PDRs, representing the PDRs on the underlying primary and secondary common shares of GMA7; and (iii) 123,317,000 PDRs, representing the PDRs which constitute part of the Over-Allotment Option at the initial listing in the Exchange on July 30, 2007.
GMAP submitted certifications that the Company has received notices from its PDR Agent that certain PDR holders have opted to exercise their conversion rights and converted their PDRs into an equal number of GMA7 common shares. PDR Certificate Nos. 1438, and 1441 to 1443, covering a total of 1,020,500 GMAP PDRs were cancelled in exchange for 1,020,500 GMA7 common shares.
To effect the conversion, the PDR Agent recorded the cancellation in its books the above number of PDRs and facilitated the delivery of the corresponding GMA7 common shares in favor of the exercising PDR holders.
