Globe Telecom, Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Carlomagno E. Malana as Chief Information Officer (CIO) effective January 1, 2020. As CIO, Mr. Malana will be responsible for all of Globe's systems development and infrastructure investments. He will also lead Globe's efforts to digitize its operations. Ms. Ma. Aurora Sy-Manalang, Globe's CIO since 2015, will assume a new role in fintech affiliate, Mynt as its Chief Technology & Operations Officer reporting to Mynt's President and CEO, Anthony Thomas, effective 01 January 2020.
