GLOBALSTAR EUROPE SATELLITE SERVICES LTD. SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH E-SAT
E-SAT to Expand Globalstar Satellite Voice and Data Services Distribution Throughout France
Dublin, Ireland , January 30 2013- Globalstar Europe Satellite Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Globalstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: GSAT) and a leading provider of mobile satellite voice and data services to businesses, governments and consumers, today announced that it has signed an authorized distribution agreement with E-SAT.  E-SAT will act as a national distributor for Globalstar's suite of duplex products within the French mainland territory.

On January 25th 2013, Globalstar confirmed that the fourth batch of six, second generation satellites would be launched on February 05th 2013 from the Cosmodrome in Baikonur, Kazakhstan.  The February 5th launch is the last launch necessary to fully restore Globalstar's Duplex service to the highest level of quality that Globalstar customers have historically enjoyed.  Combined with the Company's affordable and award-winning suite of consumer retail SPOT products, Globalstar will be uniquely positioned to offer the world's most extensive line-up of highly reliable and lowest priced mobile satellite services to the broadest range of customers around the globe.
