Global Oriental Berhad announced the resignation of Mr. Wong Yuk Mou, age 68, male as Independent and Non Executive Director, effective March 31, 2023. Mr. Wong has served as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company for 13 consecutive years. His resignation is in compliance with the amended Listing Requirements which impose a 12-year tenure limit for independent directors.
