Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 69.53 million compared to PHP 101.6 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,140.4 million compared to PHP 943.39 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 168.33 million compared to PHP 74.67 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0153 compared to PHP 0.0068 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 304.76 million compared to PHP 610.22 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 3,570.98 million compared to PHP 3,857.47 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 771.98 million compared to PHP 619.46 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0703 compared to PHP 0.0564 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.07 compared to PHP 0.05 a year ago.
Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which is primarily engaged in the development of integrated tourism and leisure estates and integrated lifestyle communities consisting of residential, retail, hotel and/or leisure components in natural resort settings. The Company also engages in land acquisitions and maintains an inventory of raw land for future development. The Company's segments include Real Estate, Rental, Hotel Operations, Service Income and Corporate and Others. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the development and sale of residential and office projects. The Rental segment includes leasing of office and commercial spaces.
