GPW SA Announces Appointment of Leszek Skiba as Member of the Supervisory Board

Warsaw Stock Exchange informed that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the GPW on 16 March 2021 appointed Mr. Leszek Skiba to the Exchange Supervisory Board as of 16 March 2021. According to the statements provided by Mr. Leszek Skiba, he does not perform in any form any activities competitive to the GPW, is not engaged in a competitive companies as partners in a partnership or civil law partnership or members of authorities of a joint stock company, and is not engaged in any other competitive legal entity as members of its authority.

It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data.
