Resolution No. 74/2013
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 18 January 2013
concerning resumption of trading on the WSE's Main Market in shares of the company E-STAR Alternatív Energiaszolgáltató Nyrt. with its registered office in Budapest
§ 1
In connection with the lapse of the three-month period of suspension of trading on the WSE's Main Market in shares of the company E-STAR Alternatív Energiaszolgáltató Nyrt. and in connection with a significant change over that period in the economic situation of the company and the market valuation of its shares on the home market, the Exchange Management Board acting pursuant to § 132.7 of the Exchange Rules resolves to determine the reference price for shares of the company E-STAR Alternatív Energiaszolgáltató Nyrt., marked with the code "HU0000089198", for the trading session on 21 January 2013 at a level corresponding to the equivalent of the closing price of those shares traded on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 18 January 2013 converted into the zloty at the mid exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland and rounded off according to the applicable tick size. The reference price referred to in the first sentence shall apply until the first opening price is determined for those shares at a trading session in trading on the WSE's Main Market.
§ 2
Pursuant to § 5.2 and § 16.1 of Chapter 6 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves that broker's orders for shares referred to in § 1 which were not executed until 18 January 2013 (inclusive) shall become null and void after the close of the trading session on that day.
§ 3
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
