Resolution No. 48/2014
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 15 January 2014

concerning suspension of trading on the WSE Main Market
in shares of the company ARMATURA KRAKÓW S.A.

§ 1

In connection with the submitted notice of the intention to announce a squeeze-out of shares of the company ARMATURA KRAKÓW S.A., the WSE Management Board acting pursuant to § 33.2 of the Exchange Rules suspends trading in the shares of the company, coded as "PLKFARM00013", as of 16 January 2014.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 110.10 and § 110.11 of the Exchange Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:
1) broker's orders for shares of the company ARMATURA KRAKÓW S.A. that have remained unexecuted until 15 January 2014 (inclusive) shall be cancelled after the close of the session on that day,
2) broker's orders for shares of the company ARMATURA KRAKÓW S.A. shall not be accepted as of 16 January 2014.

§ 3

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of adoption.
