On April 11th, the Company announced that the operation
of Kunshan Giantplus Optronics Display Technology Co., Ltd. has been
suspended from 4/11 to 4/12 according to the local government's COVID-19
policy. Now, the production suspension at KGO will extend to April 19.

The Company cooperates with the local government's Covid-19 Policy to take
measures to respond to the epidemic to ensure the safety and health of
employees.
