Bella Petrella's Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTHR) agreed to acquire Advanced Nutritional Solutions LLC for $0.1 million in stock on December 11, 2011. Bella will issue restricted common stock equal to $0.1 million. Advanced Nutritional will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bella. Mark Ballas, Founder of Advanced Nutritional will become the President of Advanced Nutritional. The transaction is expected to complete on or before December 22, 2011.
