Geojit Credits Pvt Ltd. announced that it expects to receive INR 1.03 billion in funding from Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Limited and Geojit Financial Management Services Private Limited.

Geojit Credits Pvt Ltd. announced that it will receive INR 1,025 million in an equity round of funding on March 25, 2014. The transaction will involve participation from existing investor, Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Limited, which will invest INR 700 million, and Geojit Financial Management Services Private Limited, which will invest INR 325 million in the transaction. On the same date, the transaction was approved by the board of directors of Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Limited.
